The following pricing information can only be found in the Rapid.Space contract terms. Please note, that all software services are available using tokens, which permit using the respective service. Tokens are invoiced on a monthly basis.
Please note, that standard support is provided during supporting hours between 9:00am and 6:00pm, Paris local time, Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays.
Devices & Services
Rapid.Space provides SimpleRAN and Edge devices with services at both subscription and direct purchase.
Subscription is composed of an initial setup fee plus a monthly fee of 24 months subscription at once. With subscirption model, you can access to our latest SimpleRAN and Edge devices and services at a cost-efficient price. A guarantee of hardware, software upgrades and technical support are offered during the 24-months subscription.
Direct purchase is an one-off price that provides directly the ownership of the hardware and the price include 12-months guarantee of hardware, software upgrades and technical support.
